Paddle Boat Still not claimed by owner.

FINAL NOTICE TO ALL MEMBERS

SINCE JANUARY, THERE HAS BEEN A PADDLE BOAT LOOSE AND NEARLY UNDERWATER NEAR THE DOCK AT MIKE AND JUNE CASEY'S. 

DURING THE SPRING MEMBERSHIP MEETING IT WAS ANNOUNCED THAT aS OF JUNE 1, 2017, THE H.O.A. BOARD WILL CLAIM IT AND PUT IT UP FOR BID AND SOLD TO THE MEMBERSHIP'S HIGHEST BIDDER.

THE OWNER OF THIS PADDLE BOAT MAY CLAIM IT PRIOR TO THAT TIME BY DESCRIBING IT ACCURATELY AND COMING TO GET IT.

IF THAT BOAT BELONGS TO YOU, IT MAY BE CLAIMED BY CALLING EITHER JIM GORE - V.P. H.O.A AT 770-851-7841 OR BY CALLING MIKE OR JUNE CASEY AT

NOTICE OF TREE REMOVAL FROM THE COMMON LOT

On Monday, November 21st, work will begin to cut down  and haul away two dead, very large Sweetgum trees from our common lot.  These trees have been determined to be a potential hazard to passing neighbors and membership since they could fall onto Landington Way.

Please be aware of this work on the 21st and stay clear of the area as much as possible.

PLEASE PLAN TO ATTEND YOUR H.O.A.'s FALL GENERAL MEETING TO BE HELD AT 2855 LANDINGTON WAY, HOME OF FRANK AND BEATRICE PARISH.

NEW OFFICERS AND DIRECTORS WILL BE ELECTED AT THIS MEETING AS WELL AS GENERAL BUSINESS OF THE ASSOCIATION.

REFRESHMENTS WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR ALL TO ENJOY.
